The Management of DURST MALZ Heinrich Durst Malzfabriken GmbH und Co. KG aims a constant high quality level and the guarantee of the assurance of its products.
DURST MALZ was the first malting plant in Germany to develop and implement a Quality Management System in 1993.
This central managed Quality Management System is based on the DIN/ ISO 90001: 2000 Norm and describes all structures and measures implemented by DURST MALZ to comply with the control, product qualtiy and assurance. Our HACCP-concept is also integrated and serves as defence and control against possible hazards coming from unintentional product alterations. The complete production process is sistematically analysed in order to determine possible hazards and steps within the production process which are critical are protected through control points.
In year 2007 the animal feed sector (malt culms and grading barley) was certified according to IFIS Standard thus integrating the individual systems QS and PDV in one.
Our Quality Management systems are regularly subject to internal and external audits and hence emphasise the international quality standard from DURST MALZ
