Storage

The barley is kept separate according to grade and grain sizes, to ensure that germination takes place as uniformly as possible. Temperature and humidity are monitored and recorded throughout the entire storage period.

Sapporo Film

Japanese Sapporo Breweries took a TV-commercial in Kraichgau area to publish the Award "Goldmedal"

presented by German Agriculture Minister, Mr. Horst Seehofer in May 2008.

The award is in recognition of Sapporo's sustainable growing of Barley and Hops in Germany.
